  • 50ml Discarded Banana Peel Rum
  • 25ml Citrus Cordial
  • 12.5ml sugar syrup (2:1)

Method

  • hake over ice, and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

  • Garnish with a lime zest.
