Ingredients

  • 50ml Discarded Banana Peel Rum
  • 25ml Citrus Cordial
  • 15ml Orange Liqueur
  • 10ml Orgeat
  • 5ml Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth

Method

  • Shake ingredients over ice.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Serve

  • Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
