Ingredients

  • 50ml Discarded Banana Rum
  • 75ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml Coconut Syrup
  • 12.5ml Lime Juice

Method

  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
  • Shake and then double strain into wine or spritz glass filled with ice.

Serve

  • Garnish with banana chips and a mint sprig.
